Precautions for laminated filter installation:
Laminated filters are usually installed after the sand filter, because the filtration accuracy of the laminated filter is relatively high, if there is no pre-positioned sand filter, the effect will not be good, there will be easy to block the situation, even if it has been backwashing, so that the entire laminated filter equipment can not be used normally. Therefore, when installing laminated filters, we must refer to the water quality situation and choose appropriately.
In addition, when installing laminated filters, you also need to pay attention to the following points:
(1) Before the laminated filter is installed and used, attention should be paid to checking whether the laminated filter is complete and damage-free.
(2) When the equipment is skid-mounted as a whole, connect the multi disc screw press pipe according to the arrow prompt direction on the filter pipeline, so that the direction of water flow is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the equipment; When the equipment is a loose part, please install the drawing to connect the pipe, valve and filter unit, and connect the cable between the control box and the valve according to the wiring number.
(3) The sewage pipe connected to the filtration equipment should not be too long, as far as possible not more than 10 meters, and the sewage pipe should be connected to the ditch.
(4) Installation should take into account the convenience of maintenance, before and after the laminated filter in and out of the pipeline and sewage pipe should be installed closed valve, and should be installed bypass pipe.
(5) In order to confirm the water pressure during work, a pressure gauge can be installed at the filter inlet. If the water supply pressure is unstable, please install a pressure regulator to ensure the constant pressure of the water supply.
(6) It is recommended to install an exhaust device at a higher point in front of the filter inlet to empty the air in the pipe.
(7) When installing a filter with a manual exhaust device in the filter unit, please open the exhaust valve before the water is turned on, and then close the exhaust valve when the air is clean. Of course, if the filter has an automatic intake and exhaust valve, there is no need to do this.
(8) When the laminated filter is installed, it is necessary to Wall Penstocks wrap the material belt to prevent water leakage.
(9) The filtration system can be used below the working state of pressure 10kg/cm2.
